Look no further. The main area of responsibility is to develop Nordic as well as local micro target group segmentations in real-time to continuously improve the customer journey.
As our Nordic Digital Analyst you will be a part of the new Nordic Commercial Marketing team consisting of five Nordic colleagues. The role reports to Head of Commercial Marketing and has a functional dotted line to Local Head of Marketing.
Your main area of responsibility is to build and analyze segments and target groups across data sources and tools. Our new specialist in the field must also have a good understanding of how data is collected, processed, analyzed and presented. You’ll be working closely with the marketing team in order to continuously improve the customer journey. In addition, you’ll be working with our purchasing platforms in order to make target group purchases more cost-effective.
To succeed in the position, you need to be analytical, fast working and independent. You are a team player, understand our core business and our customers' needs. You have experience from Google Marketing Platform as well as related Cloud tools. In addition, you’ll work with tools such as Tableau, Adform and Facebook Business Manager. You will also build user cases in ex DV 360 / GA360.
The work with strategic media purchases will require that you collaborate with colleagues as well as external agencies. Together with Head of Commercial Marketing you will also determine what projects to work on in order to enhance department performance. You will provide local support to all other Nordic team members in the Nordic Commercial Marketing team, and also support local markets in specific areas.
We are looking for you with experience in analytical work and marketing technology. Furthermore, you need to have experience from working with Google’s Marketing Platform, knowing data collection, targeting and advertising technologies, and Business to Business marketing. Experience from working in a Nordic matrix organization is a plus. A degree in business/economics or Information/ Computer Science is preferred.
As a person, you are solution oriented and curious. A positive mindset and high work capacity is also needed for this job. You are collaborative and respectful of others and you conduct your work with a high level of integrity. You speak Norwegian or Swedish and English fluently.
